专利说明:
The invention relates to a device for sales goods presentation, which has two side walls connected to one another by a rear wall and a front opening for removing sales goods. From the prior art, in particular from hardware stores, heavy duty shelves are known in which long and flat sales goods such as beet edging elements, so-called lawn edges, are stacked on top of one another and can be removed therefrom. The disadvantage of this type of sales product presentation is the lack of an opportunity to view the entire sales product. [0003] The present invention is based on the object of creating a device of the type mentioned at the outset which enables a particularly attractive presentation of sales goods. According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the rear wall and the side walls are formed from a wire mesh, the wires are preferably cohesively connected to each other at crossing points. Advantageously, a particularly light and therefore portable device is created that can be set up at any location, for example in a hardware store, and can even be used across departments for various sales goods. In addition, a prospective buyer can see through the meshes of the wire grid and view the goods from several sides without removing them. The fact that the wires are rigid and preferably cohesively connected to one another at intersections, in particular soldered or welded, results in a particularly light and stable rear wall and light yet stable side walls. Appropriately, a vertical and a horizontal distance between adjacent wires is the same. A stable device can advantageously be formed which is particularly rigid and torsionally rigid. The wires can also be formed from a metallic material such as steel, preferably from a structural steel or a stainless steel, and in particular have a thickness between 2 and 10 mm, preferably between 3 and 6 mm. In one embodiment of the invention, the rear wall and the side walls can be produced from a single wire mesh or produced by the side walls being formed by bending two outer wire mesh sections at an angle of between 80 and 100 degrees, preferably 90 degrees the rear wall is formed by a central wire mesh section. Because the individual walls do not have to be connected to one another, but rather individual sections of a wire mesh are plastically deformed, production of the device is advantageously simplified. If an angle by which the sections are bent is less than 90 degrees, a removal opening is designed to be particularly large and removal of sales goods is simplified. If the angle is greater than 90 degrees, a removal opening is made particularly small, and inadvertent falling out of the merchandise is advantageously prevented. An angle of 90 degrees enables particularly easy removal with good sales product presentation positioning in the device at the same time. In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one bottom part is provided which is provided with a stop element at an end facing away from the rear wall. The sales item to be presented can rest against the stop element, which extends away from a surface on which the device stands, with a vertical directional component and can be arranged at an angle in the device. Falling out, which can lead to injury to a prospective buyer, is advantageously prevented. The stop element can for example be formed from a different material than the side or rear walls and is preferably releasably connectable to the bottom part. The stop element is preferably designed like a bracket. The bottom part can also be longer than the side walls. Preferably it is as long as the side walls. Appropriately, the at least one bottom part is formed from a bent wire. The wire from which the bottom part is formed is preferably made of a more solid, preferably metallic material than the wire from which the rear wall and side walls are formed and / or has a greater thickness, in particular a greater diameter. Simple production is advantageously possible. The bottom part can also advantageously bear particularly large loads and does not necessarily have to rest against a substrate, but can for example be suspended above the substrate. In one embodiment of the invention, the stop element is integrally formed on the bottom part. A particularly simple production is advantageously possible. Manufacturing costs are thereby reduced. If the at least one bottom part is formed from a bent wire, the stop element can be formed by bending a U-shaped wire section at an angle between 70 and 110 degrees, preferably 90 degrees. In a further embodiment of the invention, at least one rail is provided which is inclined with respect to a preferably flat surface on which the device is arranged and against which the merchandise can rest. This forms an inclined plane, the inclination of which decreases from a rear wall towards a removal opening. If a first unit of a sales item, for example a so-called lawn edge, is removed, the units behind it can slide along the inclined plane until they come to rest against a stop element. Advantageously, a buyer can easily remove several units of the sales goods without having to reach deep into the device. The rail is preferably formed from a metal, in particular steel, and can have a profile with a U-shaped cross-section with U-legs, the length of which changes in a longitudinal direction. In addition, a sliding side against which the sales item rests can be covered with a coating that reduces a coefficient of friction, in particular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).It is also conceivable that the rail is at least partially powder-coated. In one embodiment of the invention, the at least one bottom part protrudes over the rear wall on a side facing away from the sales goods removal opening and is preferably connected in a materially bonded manner to at least the rear wall. A particularly stable device is advantageously designed. It is no longer possible to tip over in the direction of a rear wall. Even heavy and long sales goods that protrude diagonally over the rear wall of the device can be presented safely. It is also conceivable that the at least one bottom part is connected to one of the side walls, in particular in a materially bonded manner. In a further embodiment of the invention, a stabilizing means is provided which connects at least one bottom part to the rear wall and which is preferably designed like a frame or U-shaped. The stabilizing means, which is connected, preferably welded, both to the rear wall and to the base part, advantageously increases the flexural strength of the rear wall. A room divider is expediently provided which divides a sales goods presentation space between the side walls and the rear wall into two sales goods presentation areas, preferably of the same size, and which is in particular designed like a bracket. Advantageously, several, possibly different sales items or different versions of a sales item can be presented with one device. Due to the bracket-like design, in which a bracket formed from a wire can be welded to the rear wall, a particularly easy to attach and light room divider is possible. In one embodiment of the invention, each sales goods presentation area has at least one floor part of its own, or several sales goods presentation areas comprise a single, common floor part. In a further embodiment of the invention, the side walls, the rear wall, a bottom part and / or a stabilizing agent are powder-coated. A particularly scratch-resistant and corrosion-protected device is advantageously created. Appropriately, a spacer is provided which is preferably cohesively connected to at least one bottom part as well as to at least the rear wall and through which the at least one bottom part is arranged at a distance from the rear wall. The spacing means preferably has a wire bent to form a frame, the upper and lower edges of which are connected to the rear wall or the at least one base part in a materially bonded manner, with in particular welding points or beads being provided. In one embodiment of the invention, at least one bottom part is provided, which has transverse struts which protrude from the bottom part in the direction of the merchandise and extend over its width. Further stops are advantageously formed against which several units of the merchandise arranged one behind the other can rest. Uncontrolled falling out of all or individual units is advantageously prevented. The risk of injury to a person removing the goods for sale is considerably reduced. The cross struts are preferably formed from wires and welded to the base part. Although it is conceivable that a rear wall is arranged perpendicular to a base part, the rear wall is expediently arranged obliquely to the base part. A sales item introduced into the device at an angle can advantageously lie flat against the rear wall. Damage is advantageously prevented.Furthermore, their inclined arrangement advantageously prevents the sales goods from tipping out through a removal opening in the direction of a buyer. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments and the accompanying drawings relating to the exemplary embodiments. Welding points, in particular welding points or beads, are denoted by (6).The side walls merge at a vertical bending line (7), shown in dashed lines, into a rear wall (8), which is supported by a stabilizing frame (9) with a section (10) of a bottom part (11) protruding beyond the rear wall (8) is provided against a substrate not shown in Fig. 1, is firmly connected. The bending line (7) does not cross any welding points (6) or crossing points (5). Outer sections of a wire mesh blank, not shown in FIG. 1, were bent through 90 degrees along the bending line (7) in order to form the side walls (2). A middle section of the wire mesh blank forms the rear wall (8). Steel wires (12) from which the stabilizing frame (9) and the bottom part (11) are formed have a larger diameter than those wires from which the side walls (2) and the rear wall (8) is formed. The bottom part (11) is cohesively connected to the rear wall (8) in a rear area (13) of the device (1).A removal opening (14), through which a presented sales item (15) can be removed, is on a side of the device (1) facing away from the rear wall (8). One end of the merchandise (15) rests against a stop (16). The bottom part also has cross struts (23) which act as further stops if several units of the sales goods are arranged one behind the other in the device (1). Although a rear wall (8) is arranged perpendicular to a bottom part (11) in this embodiment, it is conceivable that the rear wall (11) is arranged obliquely to the bottom part (11). Reference will now be made to Fig. 2, where the same or equivalent parts are denoted by the same reference number as in Fig. 1 and the respective reference number is appended with the letter a. A device (1a) shown in a plan view in Fig. 2a differs from that shown in Fig. 1 in that a sales goods presentation space (17) between side walls (2a) and a rear wall (8a) is divided into two sales goods presentation areas (18, 19), which is divided by a bow-shaped space divider (20) which extends from an upper area of the rear wall (8a) to a lower area in the direction of a bottom part (11a) and which is formed from a U-shaped bent wire. Ends of U-legs are welded to the rear wall (8a).In addition, two base parts (11a) are provided, each of which is connected to the rear wall (8a) by a stabilizing frame (9a), and each of which is assigned to an area (18, 19). Although the devices (1a) shown in Fig. 2b and 2c are not provided with cross struts (23a), it is conceivable that these embodiments have cross struts. Reference is now made to Fig. 3, where the same or equivalent parts are denoted by the same reference number as in Fig. 1 and 2 and the respective reference number is attached to the letter b. A device (1b) shown in Fig. 3a in a side view and in Fig. 3b in a view of a front side differs from those shown in Figs. 1 and 2 in that a bottom part (11b) and side walls (2b ) are arranged vertically spaced from one another. Although it is conceivable that a rear wall (8b) is lengthened, a spacer element (21) formed from a wire is provided in this exemplary embodiment, which is firmly connected to the bottom part (11b) and the rear wall (8b). The spacer element (21) is designed like a frame and has a width which corresponds to the width of a stabilizing frame (9b). Particularly long sales goods (15b) can advantageously be presented. Reference is now made to Fig. 4, where the same or equivalent parts are denoted by the same reference number as in Fig. 1 to 3 and the respective reference number is appended with the letter c. It is also conceivable that the devices (1b) shown in FIG. 3 have base parts (11b) which are provided with cross struts. A particular embodiment of the device (1c) shown in a side view in FIG. 4a differs from those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in that an inclined rail (22) is provided against which several units of a sales item ( 15c). If a unit is removed, the units arranged behind it slide along the rail (22) in the direction of a removal opening (14c), so that a front sales unit can always be removed from the same position within the device (1c). A particular embodiment of the device (1c) shown in a side view in Fig. 4b differs from that shown in Fig. 3 in that an inclined rail (22) is provided against which several units of a sales item to be presented (15c ) issue.
